1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hi, I'm Heidi Florence the owner and lead photographer of Heidi Bee Photography LLC. I have been in business for 5 years.

I'm an adventurous soul that craves travel. I'm always amazed by the North Carolina sunsets and blue ridge mountains.

My approach is not to "pose" my couples, but rather create a setting to photograph the true connection and emotions (And your awkward quirks, too!) Even though your wedding day may pass by in a blur, I want you to be able to look back at your gallery and relive the day as it unfolded, as beautiful as it was.

2. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?

5 years. I've photographed over 125 weddings.

3. How would you describe your photography style?

Adventurous, romantic, moody and nostalgic.

4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?

1.5 - 2 years in advance. May and October Saturday's book the quickest.

5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

Package 1

$3500 + Tax

$4500 + tax

- 8 hours of coverage
- Two photographers
- 600 Edited photos

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?

Yes, I am the lead photographer. My husband is my second photographer, Jonathan Florence.

7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

Yes, I am open to traveling worldwide.

8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?

Albums and prints are available for an additional cost.

9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the images? How will they be delivered?

8 weeks, they will be delivered by an online digital gallery.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client.

If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the Wedding to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the Wedding to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Vendor as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Vendor has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Vendor will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the Wedding, or should it become impossible for Vendor to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.
