1. Introduction: What's your story?
Founded in Boston in 2008, Beat Train Productions has become known as purveyors of fresh DJs on the east coast, including Boston, NYC, Rhode Island, Maine and in between. We probably don’t have to tell you that choosing the right DJ can really make or break your wedding experience. But here’s a little secret: The real trick to good vibes, and a packed dance floor is...drumroll...chemistry! Which is why we are all about getting to know you upfront, and setting you up with an experienced and tasteful DJ who is going to totally get your style and vision. Not to mention, be someone who you actually wouldn’t mind adding to your guest list!

3. How far in advance do couples need to book your services?
9-12 months.
4. What's your rate? What does that include?
$1500-$2000 on average. This includes up to 5 hours of music, 2 sound system setups, custom music programing, and all MC services.

Absolutely!
6. How would you describe your style?
We are known for hiring DJs with artistic/nightlife edge and style, but training them to offer 5-star customer service and look at events from a production standpoint.
7. What's your backup plan if there's an equipment malfunction? Do you bring backup equipment?
As a team, we are in the business of problem-solving. We always have backup equipment, and backup DJs to call upon if the unexpected occurs.
8. What's your sick day policy?
We go to great lengths to avoid missing a booking, but in the event that a DJ is too ill to perform, we have a strong network of backup DJs and a clause in your contract that offers a full refund if you are not pleased with your backup DJ.
9. How do you motivate a shy crowd to dance? What do you do to motivate the crowd if nobody is dancing?
We've got plenty of tricks for this! Whether we utilize a ceremonial dance and invite guests to join halfway, or lean on our beatmatching skills to continue switching up the music until we find the sweet spot, our DJs won't rest until we get the floor moving :)
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We are currently offering flex rain-dates due to Covid-19, and have an air-tight system in place to assist if you are forced to reschedule your event!
