A professional wedding planner knows all the ins and outs of what goes into planning, we have vendor relationships with some of the top vendors in the business. We can advise you every step of the way during the wedding planning process taking the stress off of you. We can help you stay on a planning timeline and oversee your budget.
With Full Planning, we are with you from day one helping you choose your vendors, and even your venue if you have not already booked that. We give you choices in vendors that fit your personality, budget and style...you always get the final choice of who you select. We will be the go between with your vendors, and handle contract negotiations and vendor management. With Partial Planning, our brides have already started the planning process, but still need help securing that last 2-3 vendors. We step in when you hire us to take on the load of wedding planning for you. We won't contract for partial planning, however, unless the bulk of your vendors have already been hired.
We will meet at an initial complimentary consultation, assess what your needs are, and give you a personalized package that best fits your needs. We like to call our style bespoke...we build the package on your individual needs. After we have sent you the contract and you have signed, the whole planning process begins with us!
We base our rates on experience, the fact that you will have 2 professional planners overseeing your project, and also on the specifics of your individual needs. With over 20 years cumulative in the planning world, you can be confident you are getting planners with plenty of experience dealing with every type of situation with a solution to any challenge. We have also spent years vetting our extensive list of professional vendors so you can be sure you are getting someone with creativity and experience handling your big day.
No! Wedding planning (including paying your vendors) should be a stress free experience. All we require is a deposit to secure your date. From there will work out payment details with you. We can do everything through our online CRM platform to make payments as easy as possible. You can even set up auto payments so you don't have to think twice about it!
