1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hi, I’m Jennifer Bradley, owner and lead designer of Jennifer’s Floral Design. I’ve always had a love of flowers since a very young age and chose to make a career out of my passion- life is too short to do anything other than what you love!

2. What's your experience as a wedding florist business? How many weddings are in there in your portfolio?

There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing a bride or grooms face light up once they see their dream wedding flowers. I absolutely love what I do! I average about 6o weddings per year, as I only book one per day so all focus is on that particular couple.

3. How far in advance do couples need to secure your services?

The sooner, the better! Because I only book one wedding per day, it’s best for couples to book as soon as possible to secure their date.

4. How do you price your floral arrangements? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

I’ve found that floral packages don’t necessarily suit all couples. So, rather than offering set packages, I custom tailor arrangements to each couples unique taste and budget. Pricing is based on several factors, such as availability, the labor involved, whether the flowers are in season, and the number of blooms we use in the arrangements. High-end flowers like tropicals or orchids will cost more than say a standard rose.

5. How many meetings will you have with the couple, and how will they be involved?

I like to get to know my couples’ personalities, style, and likes/dislikes to make their flower visions a reality. Every wedding is different and should be personalized to suit that particular couple. The initial consult is done either in person or by phone. From there, the couples communicate with me as often as they need to. I always respond within 24 hours.

6. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

I have a team of knowledgeable professionals on-hand to assist with needed event set up and break downs as needed. We’ve got you covered!

7. How would you describe your design style? (e.g. traditional, modern, rustic, organic)

I have experience with all design styles, but my specialty is garden style or classic romance.

8. Who will handle setup and delivery? What other services do you offer?

Jennifer’s Floral Design will always provide couples with delivery and set up. Fees are dependent on location and labor involved. We also provide some decor rentals that we will pick up the following day.

9. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

I get this question a lot. If florals provided aren’t in vases that are rented, couples can do with them what they’d like. Give them to guests, take them home, or donate them to nursing homes, hospice facilities or hospitals.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

This is an important question- especially since COVID. In the event of a mandatory COVID shut down, couples can reschedule their weddings on their date of choice for no extra charge without loosing their deposit. If a couple needs to reschedule for non-COVID reasons, this also applies.
