1. Introduction: What's your story?

Noelle Townsley is the culinary trained business owner of Fresh From The Kitchen. She studied locally at Phoenix College receiving a dual associates degree in food service administration and culinary studies. Having a passion for creating delicious food from a young age, Noelle knew it was her destiny to be a business owner and delight the public’s palate. Although she did not start this company alone in 2008, she is continuing as sole owner and has plans to expand and continue to grow.

Further, Noelle has a little boy that is her pride and joy named Benjamin. One of her favorite foods are popcorn. She loves making great food, and styling events. And she travels, reads, and binge watches Netflix when she has free time.

The company owner will meet with you to guide you thru the process of picking a delicious menu and beautiful event design as applicable. Fresh from the Kitchen is a full service catering company. What this means for you the client, is ease of planning as we handle all the details for you as needed. We have skilled bartenders, rental experts, linens, desserts, wedding cakes or special occasion cakes, and vendor partners that we work with to create your vision effortlessly. 2. How many weddings have your done in the past?

So many I have lost count!! We are one of the top sought after wedding catering companies in Arizona though, and from the service to the experience and taste, FFTK has been serving the valley for 13 years with high accolades!!

3. Do you charge a bulk fee or cost per person? What are your rates like?

We charge per person.
Lunch catering starts at around 11.00 per person
Dinner catering starts at around 40.00 per person and goes up from there

We are full service so can do cakes, bar service, dessert bars, and the like.

4. Do you have a static menu, or can you do a custom menu? And can you take care of various allergy/dietary requests?

We have both static and custom menu options available.
We can accommodate allergens, gluten free, no pork, no seafood, etc.

5. What are your most popular dishes?

For wedding buffets, definitely our prime rib and whole roasted chicken.
For plated dinners, the filet with merlot demi or crab stuffed salmon.
Top salad in the spring time, is our spring salad loaded with fresh strawberries and feta crumbles, raspberry vinaigrette dressing over mixed greens.
The fall is a toss up between our Classic Caesar or our Fall Salad made scrumptious with caramelized pecans, pears & apples, craisins, and gorgonzola.

6. Do you provide linens, table settings, and accessories? If you don’t provide linens, table settings, etc., will you handle coordinating the rental?

Yes we do. We also work closely with the rental company for any upgrades needed.

7. Will food be made on-site or brought in?

A little of both. Many items are made on site, but things like slow cooked roasts or the like, are brought in already prepared and held at temperature.

8. Are tastings available and what is involved?

They are. Whether private or small group tastings, they start at 25.00 a person in cost. Taste before you book! :)

9. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

We have a wide range of professionals, and number of staff is determined by final numbers and event logistics.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

No refunds on deposits. Cancellations prior to 90 days of event otherwise responsible for outstanding balance.
