What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?

The planner makes critical decisions regarding what, when, who, and how prior to the event. A coordinator, on the other hand, is responsible for making sure all the details are executed throughout the entire wedding day.

What coverage areas are included?

Our team covers the entire Northeast Florida coverage with no additional travel fees. Counties covered: Clay, Duval, Nassau, St Johns. Additional areas are subject to travel fees.

Do you offer decorator services?

Décor may be provided by the wedding couple or rented by a third party for our team to setup. Elaborate or complex décor plans may be subject to additional staffing fees. *Purchasing décor and rental costs are sold separately.

Do you offer any additional services aside from wedding planning and coordination?

Yes! We provide a la carte services which may be booked individually. These services include: Wedding timeline creation, honeymoon planning, event staff (wait staff, bartenders, and more!)

How do I reserve your services?

The initial retainer is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee wedding services. All balances are due at least five weeks prior to the wedding date. For partial or full planning services a customized payment schedule will be created. Planning begins when the initial retainer is received.
