Brighton Abbey is a unique find in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This breathtaking venue is surrounded by giant trees and gardens. The glass chapel (Abbey) has a bright charm like no others! The event lawn is covered in synthetic grass and has a enchanted secret garden vibe. The lush heavily green garden will create a feeling of being swept away into a fairytale with magical lighting throughout the giant trees.

The reception area has been recently updated with new soaring chandeliers and white washed wood floors to accommodate up to 175 guests. It has a built in bar and a recently added outdoor patio to offer guest a beautiful scenic area for cocktail hour.

The newly renovated brides room is spectacular. This room will make any girl feel absolutely pampered and special on her perfect day. This room has double sided oval led freestanding salon style mirrors and white salon style chairs. It sparkles and creates a beautiful environment for you and your lifelong friends to share time getting ready to walk down the isle.

What is included in my rental?

- 11 hours exclusive use of entire event space, i.e., bridal suite, groom's suite, indoor event space, outdoor walkways + areas for pictures, and restrooms - Up to 16 round tables (60" seating 10 guests) - (4) 8' Banquet tables - (4) Cocktail tables - Chairs for up to 175 guests - 1 hour rehearsal (scheduling contingent upon business hours and event schedule) - BA event representative onsite - AUX plug-in and lapel microphone available for use in Chapel - Indoor or outdoor ceremony space, cocktail hour space, and indoor ballroom for reception

Can I add hours to my rental?

- Yes, additional hours are $200 per hour and cannot be purchased to exceed an exit time of 12:00 AM

What is your vendor policy?

- We require all beverage services to be provided by our exclusive beverage partner, Twisted Spirits. All linens, dancing on clouds, coldsparks, lighting and tenting, staging, and vinyl dancefloors must be rented through Brighton Abbey and catering information is listed below. Other than that, we welcome all insured vendors at Brighton Abbey. All vendors will be required to sign our Vendor Agreement Form.

What is your catering policy?

- We work with 5 exclusive caterers whose contact information will be shared with you following your tour. Pending Brighton Abbey approval and a $500 outside catering fee, you can use a non-preferred caterer. All outside caterers must approved by BA, be full service, as well as sign our outside catering agreement & provide us with a copy of their liability insurance.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

- Yes you can! You have the option to provide all of your own alcohol by paying a corkage fee of $750 (all alcohol must still be served by Twisted Spirits bartenders for $200 per bartender for 3 hours with an additional $50/ bartender for any additional hours requested). Otherwise, we will provide a Twisted Spirits Bar package sheet for you to review!
