McShan Florist, Inc. proudly serves the Dallas area. We are committed to providing great customer service, the finest floral arrangements, beautiful floral designs, as well as gift baskets and much more. Our customers are important to us and our friendly staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. We will always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect!

2. What's your experience as a wedding florist business? How many weddings are in there in your portfolio?

We have done thousands of weddings over the years, from backyard weddings, churches, urban venues, & ranches. We are proud to be able to accommodate almost any budget & help our couples bring their dreams to life!

3. How far in advance do couples need to secure your services?

At least a month prior is ideal so that we may ensure desired flowers & items are here in time for the big day. Often times we have been able to do same day bouquets for smaller requests.

4. How do you price your floral arrangements? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

We don't offer packages, each wedding is unique to that specific couple. We price based on flowers, needs on the day of the wedding & other services requested.

5. How many meetings will you have with the couple, and how will they be involved?

This can vary depending on the needs of the couple.

6. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

This depends on the request of the couple.

7. How would you describe your design style? (e.g. traditional, modern, rustic, organic)

We have a number of designers on our design team that are able to create whatever style the couple are looking for.

8. Who will handle setup and delivery? What other services do you offer?

We handle set up & delivery & are happy to accommodate whatever requests the couple will need.

9. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

Unless there is a rental agreement in place, the couple own the flowers.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

We strive to make sure our couples are happy with all items & services. If for some reason the couple need to cancel, we require 48 hours. However emergency requests will be handled individually.
