About Sean – Portland Wedding Photographer

Well, what to say? I stumbled into wedding photography. After film school I was working on set as a lighting tech in North Carolina. One of my friends told me I should do weddings(first I had ever heard of that as a career).

One fabulously terrible craigslist ad later and now here I am!

I love good people. Finding a connection with my couples is important to me. I don’t just want to be the guy who’s hired help. I really enjoy creating a genuine relationship with my clients and fostering that friendship even if we will only get together once. It’s important to me that there’s a level of comfort and familiarity among us. That really makes a big difference in the quality of the photographs.

On a personal note: I love the Buffalo Bills, Autumn, Sasquatch, Caffeine, and traveling the world with my girlfriend. Talk to me about anything paranormal and we’ll be talking for hours.

FAQs

Do you only shoot weddings/elopements?

Yes and no. While wedding photography is my full time job I also have a separate brand which focuses on photo and video for big brands and companies(think catalog campaign shoots and filming commercials). I try not to mix the two. But yes, photography is my full time everyday all day job.

How long does it take to get my images? 

1-2 weeks

How do I get my images?

Once your photos are edited I'll upload it to an online gallery and email you with the link. From there you can share, download and even purchase prints. Very easy and straightforward. I also keep them online for 1 year in case you misplace or lose them.

How do Albums work?

Once you have picked your favorite images from your gallery, I will begin designing your album(s). You can make up to two rounds of revisions. Once I get the finally go ahead it'll take about a month to complete and deliver the album.

Why pick me to be your photographer? 

At the end of the day you need to pick a photographer who aligns with you. The way I like to run my business is very honestly with a laid back attitude. I try not to sweat the small stuff and make your day as epic or chill as you want it to be.
