You submit a review dispute via your vendor dashboard.

Below are the steps:

  1. Log in to your vendor dashboard account.
  2. Click on the Reviews Received section.

3. Find the review you would like to dispute.

4. Click on the Dispute Review link to file a dispute for the review.

5. Select the reason for filing the dispute.

6. Press the Submit Dispute button. You’ll then receive an email notification confirming that dispute has been filed.

Note: Submitting a dispute for a review hides the review from your profile immediately and sends both the vendor and the couple an email notification of the dispute being filed. The couple then gets a chance to provide proof of business done between the vendor and the couple. However, the final decision on whether the review is removed or stays on the vendor profile is made by our Reviews Team.
