If your business is already featured in our articles or is expected to be featured in one of more of our requirements, we allow the venues and vendors to submit a photo of their choice and a short description text to to go with their business feature in our article. The description text and photo that you provide for your article feature must follow the guidelines below:
Feature Photo Requirements
Here are the requirements to follow for the feature images:
- Orientation: Landscape
- Dimensions: 960×640
- No watermark (or a very light watermark if you wish to have one)
- No collages
- No text in the articles
- Getting permission from the photographer to use their photo with your business listing in the article is your (the vendor’s) responsibility. The permission from the photographer must be of photo usage on our site with or without credit to the photographer.
Description Text Requirements
Here are some requirements to follow for the description text:
- Must be between 100 to 120 words
- No sentences to be exactly copied from anywhere on the internet, including your own website and social media
- Write in a third-party voice
NOTE: Please note any changes to the text can take up to 2 business days to reflect on the article feature. Also, please note that submitting the text and photo does not guarantee your inclusion in the article(s) not does it guarantee that your business feature will be updated with the exact same text and photo that you’ve submitted for your article feature listing. The text and photo you provide for your business is manually reviewed by our editorial team and edited where necessary as per our editorial guidelines before the text and photo is updated with your article feature listing.
