Located on the second story of downtown Indianapolis’ historic Tinker House building, our 4000 square foot event space celebrates the history, beauty, and hospitality Indianapolis is known for.

Our multi-tenant property is situated on the corner of 16th Street and The Monon Trail, a popular pedestrian thoroughfare. Its home to some of Indianapolis’ most well-loved and recognized businesses including Hotel Tango Distillery and Provider Coffee.

Featuring uninterrupted skyline views, original exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and industrial windows, Tinker House remains true to its history. Still, modern amenities abound.
