Serving Size Memphis

Serving Size Memphis handles everything beverage service related at our events. Anything needed to setup our bars, including the provision of liquor, will be taken care of by our team.

Serving Size Memphis can cater up to 2,000 guest. Any bookings with more than 500 attendees should be made at least 3 months in advance.

Once your event is finalized and booked we require a $250 booking fee to secure your event date and time. This fee is subtracted from your event balance and is only used to secure your spot on our calendar. Payments are divided into 3 deposits due 3 months, 1 month and 1 week before your event is scheduled to start. We will invoice you by email 1 week before each deposit is due where you can pay via card or bank transfer, however additional payment options can be discussed.

We provide 1 Bartender for every 100 guest for beer and wine bars and 1 Bartender per 50 guest for Cocktail or full service bars.
