Napoleon Bacerra launched Poppa Naps BBQ to bring the essence of authentic BBQ with flavorful food and exceptional services. It’s a mobile BBQ and catering business. Poppa Naps BBQ is a small catering company that does exclusive events. We do not have a food truck or restaurant, instead, we have a large smoker trailer.

We come to you to make your event a “rockstar” event with delicious smoked meats, fresh sides, and great service. Poppa Naps has been around over 10 years. In that time we have become well known with many people around Las Vegas and beyond.
