What does the quoted price include?

* Unlimited consultation time with the clients * Conceptualization and design of all wedding flowers * Materials and labor for all wedding flowers; Rental cost of any décor where necessary

What is the overall process?

Our team at Petal Station is honored for the opportunity to design florals for this important event! We will provide all the services specified in your proposal, and work with you if any adjustments need to be made. Any and all changes can made up until 2 weeks before the event date.

How does the payment work?

Deposit is 30% at time of booking and we ask for the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to the event date in order to purchase flowers and supplies.

How does the delivery and setup work?

Our delivery charge is an additional fee, if you do not add the additional and appropriate delivery charge you will need to pick up your florals on you wedding day from our shop in Burr Ridge. Delivery and Set up charge is for drop off to one location and allows for an hour of setup. If the setup exceeds this time, an additional charge of labor would occur at an hourly rate of $60/hr.

What is our substitution policy?

We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
