Description

On Call Stylist was started by Kelly Stirling whose professional career began in her hometown, New Orleans, where she trained at the Academy of Scientific Hair Design and Roth Academy of Cosmetology to obtain her Cosmetology License.

After a few years of working in area salons, she began working on regional and national commercials, print shoots, television, and film productions. That work led her to Los Angeles, where she worked in the Hollywood production industry for a few years and that experience led her to relocate to NYC to continue working in the film and television industry. In NYC she trained professionally in airbrush makeup application techniques utilized for today’s high definition television and film photography, as well as special effects makeup. Having worked with national and international production crews.

Kelly has learned the most important aspects of how makeup photographs under various types of lighting and she uses that expertise to design the perfect application style for each client in every situation. Kelly’s unique style and flawless attention to detail has been featured on private and celebrity clients, as well as in magazine editorials.
