Hi! I’m Laura, the president and founder of O Frabjous Day Events. My passion is helping people plan fabulous, meaningful, stress-free celebrations of all varieties.

I have been a Certified Wedding Planner for over twenty years. While I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area and love doing weddings here, I have also helped clients from Seattle, Washington to Washington, D.C. plan their events.

Do you work with LGBTQ+ marriers?

Absolutely! We work with all equality-minded couples. As a member of the community myself, I know what it means to have representation in the professionals you work with, and that there's a huge difference between being friendly and being inclusive.

Can you help us find vendors?

Of course! It's not your job to know who the best professionals will be for you, it's mine! I match couples with pros who are a good fit for their vision, style, and budget.

We are engaged but don't have any idea of what to do. Can you help?

Of course! Wedding planning is a full-time job. If you and your intended already have jobs, you may find the wedding planning process overwhelming. I'm here to make it fun for you! I can help figure out how to craft the right wedding for you, even if you have no idea how to get there.

I know exactly what I want. Do you do "day-of" coordination?

Congratulations! For you, I do Wedding Management. The concept of "day-of" coordination doesn't exist! You wouldn't want someone with no understanding of your wedding vision to come in at the last minute and try to run your wedding. What used to be referred to as "day-of" or "month-of" coordination has changed name and identity, and we now call it Wedding Management. So that means I can still help you make sure all your great decisions and work are produced in a way that's even better than you had imagined! I start working with couples at least three months ahead of their wedding date. Even if you want to be involved in the planning, starting earlier is even better!

Why is a raven like a writing desk?

Because it can produce a few notes, tho they are very flat; and it is nevar put with the wrong end in front!
