FAQs

How soon should I get a trial run before the wedding ?

No later than three months before the big day! Never wait two weeks before you may not find an available artist. You definitely don't want to settle with someone you're not sure of.

Do you require a minimum quantity of people to book for my wedding?

Most companies require a minimum you should check when you have your initial conversation.

Is there a travel fee? What about parking?

Travel fees should be discussed it is usually a separate charge from the makeup & hair service fee. The parking fee is usually covered for most weddings.

How early will you arrive and will you stay for touch ups?

If you request an early arrival time, you may want to have the person or team stay overnight. This will ensure they are at the location in time. As for staying for touch-ups, this should be discussed in case there is an additional cost.

Do I receive my refund from the deposit to hold the date?

This all depends on the bridal agreement, read it carefully. Unfortunately, a bride canceled her date, I offered a future makeup application for another event. It's up to the individual vendor to decide what's best for their policy.
