Judy has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 15 years. She graduated from The Paul Mitchell Partner School, Hair Expressions and obtained her License as a Senior Cosmetologist.
She then went on to receive her Certificate in Event Management at George Washington University. Judy brings an extensive array of knowledge in hair styling, makeup artistry, and event planning. She has worked from coast to coast and currently serves the DC,MD,VA area.
She also travels for destination weddings and events, and absolutely LOVES what she does
