What services do you offer?

*We offer Day of Coordination where we will be there day of the wedding to manage all the vendors and moving pieces so you can enjoy your wedding day. *Our signature Crunch Planning for people who need a little extra help booking final vendors and handling any contract wrap-up details. *And full planning where we design your event, find all the best vendors for your special day, and plan everything from start to finish. How does Events in a Crunch help me save thousands of dollars?

1st is with our pricing. We focus on what you absolutely need for each scenario to keep costs down. While many planners charge 5, 6 or $10,000, our full planning service is $4K. Instant savings! 2nd, we have a massive collection of pricing details for all local vendors; Which means florists, caterers, DJs, etc… and will navigate all options to present you with the best choice for your budget. Securing these vendors one by one without having the full picture in mind often leads to $10K in unplanned expenses. And 3rd we stay on top of vendor price adjustments so nothing changes from the time contracts are signed.

Which cultural wedding events have you planned in the past?

We LOVE working with couples to plan all sorts of wedding traditions. So far we've worked on cultural wedding events; Nigerian, Mexican, Ethiopian, Puerto Rican, Quaker, Catholic, Non-religious, Vietnamese, and Taiwanese. Plus we’re equipped to handle many more! Some cultural weddings require multiple events, and we can provide planning and support for those events too!

Can I switch plans after I have begin another plan?

Absolutely! We have plenty of couples who start with our Day of Coordination package so they block the day on our calendar. And then upgrade to one of our planning packages when they get a better sense of how much support they’ll need. If you find yourself needing more assistance you can opt to upgrade your plan at any time 4 months before the event. On the flip-side, you have the flexibility to downgrade your plan, though we ask that you do this 4 months from the big day.

Can we split payments or do we have to pay all at once?

Absolutely! The first payment is $500 to reserve the date. Then you can pay the remainder in scheduled $1,500 increments until 30 days before the wedding date.

    Everything was so seamless

    This crew was so great and so easy to work with. And they really handled the wedding day with such expertise. I only learned weeks after the wedding ...that a power outlet issue came up before the wedding. But Adaobi and An took care of everything and made sure my wife and I had peace of mind and could enjoy the day.
