The Devon Boathouse consists of two floors. The 2nd floor can accommodate 150 for ceremony & the 1st floor can accomodate up to 180 for reception.

CHK|Central Boathouse
The CHK Central can accommodate around 100 guests for ceremony & seated reception and 150 guests for ceremony only.
