BEL Event Productions is a unique "one-stop shop" event production company that handles all aspects of producing a remarkable event. From owning all of our high quality décor rental inventory; and having in-house coordinators and florists; we make the event process an effortless experience.


We started with just event coordination - we grew into a full event experience. BEL Event Productions started in 2008, as only an event coordination company - from there our story begins. We quickly realized that to deliver an exceptional event, we needed to bring rental products and floral decor in-house. This is to ensure you receive not only the highest quality products and services, but also that everything arrives on schedule and runs smoothly the day of your event. Our clients come to BEL seeking expertise on how to bring their vision to reality - usually with larger than life dreams and high expectations on delivery. Our due diligence is to seek out the best of the industry and ultimately produce events that both reflect the client's value in the products/service and exceed expectations.

BEL’s unique and high quality inventory of rentals is ready to transform your space. Floral Décor: Whether your style is whimsical, modern, contemporary, or elegant, our in-house floral team is ready to elevate the design of your event. We offer a wide variety of unique floral arrangements to accent your event design and complete your overall aesthetic.
BEL has had its doors open to the public for almost 20 years! Our collaborative team always works incredibly hard, and is driven by their passion, to bring your dream event to life. On average, our coordinators, designers, and operations teams have put on around 400 events per year.
One of our biggest goals for any of our coordination clients is to build a trust and relationship with them. They are entrusting us with what will be some of their most cherished memories, and we do not take that lightly. We want to know our client's likes, dislikes, favorite foods, hobbies, and what they have been dreaming of to incorporate into their event day. Given that, we do not provide day-of coordination because it doesn't truly allow us enough time to really get to know those we are servicing or how they have already planned their special day. Our staff needs to walk in prepared and confident to genuinely handle anything that gets thrown their way for the event day - and that starts with building concrete relationship with the client.
Absolutely not! We strongly believe that you should pay for exactly what you need and/or want for your special day. Some couples are only looking for tables and linens, others need everything down to the details and décor pieces. We do not make you spend a minimum amount for any of our rental/décor products.
