I have 15 years of experience both in photography and in filmmaking, shooting music videos, as well as advertising, independent and corporate projects. 4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding videographer?
Our team is focused on creating exclusive creative projects, so we have orders where our entire team is involved.
Therefore, the sooner you have everything planned and communicated, the better your chances of having the Aladdin Films team deal with your project!
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
To create a good emotional wedding film, our team needs more filming time. It is very important for us to focus our attention on filming the necessary frames to obtain a brilliant result and not be distracted by the time spent. To do this, we film the entire wedding day, groom's morning, bride's morning, ceremony and party, and we will also film an additional day before your wedding day in places where your love story is told. Therefore, we recommend everyone to choose the FULL DAY package.
6. Are you the wedding videographer who will be filming on the wedding day? How many camera people and cameras will be operating on the day?
We are a team of 3 lead videographers and 2 lead photographers. Keeping the team relatively small allows us to achieve quality and consistency.
Depending on the wedding package, we use up to 6 cameras.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
At the moment, all additional costs have already been included in the cost of the wedding package.
8. How do you back-up your footage to ensure no footage is lost and for how long do you keep the footage after the wedding?
We upload all the material to the file sharing and give a link to the client for downloading. The material is stored for a month, after that we make sure that the client has downloaded all the wedding material and then delete all the material.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the video? And how will the video be delivered?
We transmit all the material online or, at the request of the client, we can send the material on the hard drive.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We give a Guarantee ! If you order the "Full Day" package and you do not like the result, we will refund your money back.
