My name is Kremena L. Andrews, founder, and owner of Klassic Limousine, Inc. I founded my company with a desire to bring the best in luxury and modern class to our discerning clients. 6. What do you recommend for timing? (How long does a service last?)

Most rental companies charge by the hour and require a minimum time period: typically three hours. Calculate the duration from the pickup time to the end of the reception to determine if it's worth it for your wheels to wait.

In the event of a break down of the scheduled vehicle, we will send another one or possibly have one of our affiliates take over the trip

10. What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Deposit (25% of the total invoice) is due upon booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: *Cancellation Fees (100% of the total amount) will apply with less than seven-day notice prior to pick up.
