1. Introduction: What's your story?
HI I'M KRISTEN
AND I'M THRILLED YOU ARE HERE!
I'm a 90's movie loving, iced coffee drinking, animal obsessed, outdoor enthusiast.
From the moment I came into this world I was being photographed. My grandfather was an ameature photographer who documented his honeymoon with my grandmother in the 1950s and my childhood (and everything in between). And I think that rubbed off on me. As soon as I could use a camera, I did. I don't ever remember a time when I wasn't taking pictures. Photography has always been a part of my life. It is my passion.
When I am not taking photographs I am spending time with my husband, kids, and animals...probably outside. I love meeting new people so don't hesitate to reach out!
2. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?
I have photographed hundreds of weddings over the last fifteen years. I have documented elopements, traditional weddings, microweddings, pandemic weddings, end of life weddings, and just about everything in between. It is an honor and a privilege to have this job!
3. How would you describe your photography style?
I'm the full energy, hype squad of one, document your day in an authentic way, super chill, ready for anything photographer. A chameleon that can be exactly what you need when you need it.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
For weddings: As soon as you have your date! I will book up to two years in advance with most couples signing on 12-18 months before their wedding day. For portraits: I recommend 3-6 months in advance.
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
My packages start at $2500 and every package includes:

+ Vendor research and recommendations to make sure every.single.part of your wedding is amazing
+ Timeline construction and planning so you know what and when things are happening
+ Unlimited questions and answers throughout the entire process (I am here for ya!)
+ Private, online gallery of your wedding day images with download access within 3 months of your wedding date
+Sneak peek image from your wedding within 4 days
+ Keepsake USB drive of wedding images delivered to you in a handcrafted, heirloom box
+ ALL travel fees
On average, couples spend $3500 to have me document their wedding day.
6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
I am the lead photographer at Beck Photo Co. If you decide to add on a second shooter I have a team of associates that are beyond talented who will join me. If I am booked for the date you want I do offer the option to have one of my associates shoot your wedding for a discounted price. Reach out and we can discuss!
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
I travel all over the United States for weddings. Travel is included in all of my elopement and wedding packages, so you never had to worry about that additional cost.
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
An online, private gallery of your wedding day images is included in every package. You have access to download all of the images as well as order prints. I also include a keepsake USB drive of your wedding images delivered to you in a handcrafted, heirloom box in every package.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the images? How will they be delivered?
In my contract I guarantee you will receive your wedding pictures within three months, however many couples get them back as quickly as 2-4 weeks.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
When you book me to shoot your wedding a contract and nonrefundable retainer is due to reserve the date. I am very flexible if your date needs to change for whatever reason. I am big on communication, so if any of my couples needs to chat about options I encourage them to reach out so we can come up with a plan.
