2. How many weddings have your done in the past?

Numerous and all of them very close to our hearts because we cook our food with not only the best ingredients but with a lot of love too!

3. Do you charge a bulk fee or cost per person? What are your rates like?

We charge a per person rate and the cost depends on the amount of guests, the style of dining, whether it is a buffet, family style or a plated meal or appetizers.
It also depends on which food items you select, not all food items are the same price.

4. Do you have a static menu, or can you do a custom menu? And can you take care of various allergy/dietary requests?

We always recommend to our couples to custom make their own menus with items that they like best from our website.
We don't believe in set menus as every couple is different and everyone has different likes, dislikes and preferences.
We specialize in Gluten free, Keto, Paleo, Vegan and all other types of food and we definitely take care of allergies and dietary requests.

5. What are your most popular dishes?

This is a hard question. From what I read in the reviews, definitely our Organic Beef meatballs, the Grass Fed Angus Beef Tri Tip with 10 spices and the one with the Brandy and Dijon mustard, the Wild caught Sesame Ginger Salmon, the creamy asparagus Risotto with lemon zest, the Greek Dolmathes with lemon and Dill, the Guava, honey and Chipotle natural chicken thighs and the Pear and Gorgonzola Salad.

6. Do you provide linens, table settings, and accessories? If you don’t provide linens, table settings, etc., will you handle coordinating the rental?

Yes, we provide all linens, table settings and accessories and we do coordinate the rentals for tables and chairs.

7. Will food be made on-site or brought in?

Food will be made in our kitchen and brought in unless the venue has a professional kitchen that we have seen and approved ahead of time.

8. Are tastings available and what is involved?

Yes, we do offer tastings and we can try up to three appetizers, two main courses, two side dishes and one salad.
The couple can add more items but that will increase the price of the tasting.

9. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

It depends on the size of the wedding.
There will definitely be one person in charge and then depending on if it's a plated meal, buffet or family style and on the number of guests, we will determine the rest of the team.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

The deposits are non -refundable but you can reschedule your event within 18 months of the original date.
