THE RANCH WAS BUILT IN 2017 BY THE ELLENDERS. THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE WAS TO BUILD THEIRDREAM PRIVATE EQUESTRIAN OASIS, BARN, COFFEE GROVE, AND HOME. AFTER HOSTING THEIR SON AND DAUGHTER’S WEDDING IN2020 THEY WERE ASKED BY BYVENDORS AND GUESTS IF THE SPACE WAS AVAILABLE TO RENT.
WITH THE GOAL TO KEEP IT AFFORDABLE FOR GUESTS, THE ELLENDERS THEN DECIDED TO SHARE THEIR SPACE SO THAT OTHERS COULD ENJOY IT.

We want to be your ideal venue for your dreamy barn wedding… your upscale backyard wedding… your romantic farm getaway.. your ideal elopement. Our brides have the ability to use our property to build their ideal day.

FAQs

How many guests can we have?

We have a 100 maximum guest count.

What hours or set up days are available for use?

We do suggest the day before your event for setting up and/or rehearsal. The day of your event is flexible until 11 PM. For pick up and clean up we ask to be done no later than the morning after your event.

Is there an inside option?

We do not have an “inside” option for wedding/formal events. The barn is covered and available for dinner parties with up to 30 guests. We do have a few great locations for options for you that are available for tented use.

Do you have chairs and tables?

We want you to have freedom to select your own vendor. However, for your convenience, we now offer two other options of pricing should you wish to have tables and chairs included. Please see our pricing.

What is a “blank canvas approach”?

This is where we are different! We are passionate about ensuring you have complete freedom to select who you wish to select and what space on the property works for you. You are paying for the space and unique backdrops for those amazing pictures with the modern barn and horses. It is your day, your vision, your dream and we want to allow you to select what your budget allows.
