Violet Cake Company opened its doors in May of 2020. Since then we have been designing custom wedding cakes and specialty cakes for all occasions. We are a boutique wedding cake bakery with an artistic flair, making each piece unique to the client. We will work with you to create the event cake of your dreams. Malissa Sanfilippo, a native San Diegan, started Violet Cake Co. in 2020 making wedding and birthday cakes for friends and family. Having graduated from the School of Fine Art at USC, Malissa decided to combine her passion for art with her love of baking and soon after, Violet Cake Co. opened it's doors. We specialize in all kinds of cakes, from anniversaries and birthdays to showers and weddings. In terms of style, we do classic, traditional, contemporary and modern designs. Each cake we create starts with the customer's idea for what they want and together with our expertise we produce beautiful cakes of which we are very proud. Craftsmanship and customer service are key. Our goal is to make our customers happy and to leave them with a memory that will last a lifetime.
