We also offer flexible options for intimate ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, gift openings, and bridal showers. My name is Laura Harbath and I am the Wedding and Social Catering Manager at Tundra Lodge. I have been with Tundra Lodge since 2018 and have a Bachelor's Degree from St. Norbert College in Communication.

I love being able to form a personal relationship with each couple to help them create their special day! I take pride in working with couples to make their experience at Tundra Lodge stress-free, and to have their wedding run smoothly from start to finish. I look forward to working with you!

FUN FACT: Laura got married at Tundra Lodge in 2019. The reasons she loved having her wedding here were the beautiful chandeliers, as well as the flexible variety of food options.

FAQs

How Do I Reserve My Date?

Once you are ready to move forward, we will ask for the first and last name of wedding couple, address(es), phone number(s), and email(s). We will then set up the contract and send it over to you. You will have 2 weeks to sign the contract and put down the initial deposit.

Can I use my own vendors?

You are more than welcome to use any vendors outside of catering such as DJs, bakeries, photographers, florist, etc. We have a list of preferred vendors if you are needing any suggestions.

What time can we set up?

If there are no events scheduled in the space the day before your event, you could get in as early as 12pm. If an event is booked the day/night before, we may be able to offer access as early as 8am (10am is guaranteed unless your contract states otherwise). We are able to guarantee the set-up time 10 days prior to your event. If you would need help decorating, we do provide simple decorating assistance such as putting out centerpieces & place cards (chair covers are not included).

Are there any decor items that aren't allowed?

Glitter, small gems, & confetti are not allowed. We ask that nothing is attached to the walls, light fixtures, floor, etc. without the approval from Tundra Lodge. By Fire Ordinance, fog machines or open flame candles are not permitted in the banquet space. Floating candles and candles contained in a glass container are acceptable.

What does the food and beverage minimum include?

The food and beverage minimum can include hors d' oeuvres, entrees, late night snacks, desserts & bar packages. Cash bars, tax, service charge & hotel accommodations are not included. All deposits/payments go towards your minimum.
