Located in The Ford Building, a 100+ year-old warehouse in SE Portland, Tendue (our space) blends Parisian-inspired textures and tones with a historically industrial setting. The space is fully furnished and has a capacity of 16 guests for seated dining events or 30 for a cocktail party.

The space has the capability to flex and offers the perfect setting for hosting small and mid-sized groups, workshops or most anything else. Photographers love the wall of north-facing windows that filter impeccable natural light throughout the entire day. The beautiful inventory of dinnerware and styling pieces help ensure dining is memorable and easy.

There is a kitchenette onsite, including fridge and sink.

How much does it cost to reserve Tendue?

Hourly space rental with optional add-ons gives you the flexibility to curate the exact type of experience that works best for your event. Just make sure to book for the entire time you will be occupying Tendue, including time for setup/clean-up.

What is required as part of clean-up at the end of my reservation?

We keep our cleaning and damage policies simple; replace what you break and leave the space as you found it (includes clean-up of tableware add-on items). We provide you with all of the cleaning supplies you'll need for this and have onsite garbage/recycling/compost where you can dispose of your waste items during/after your event. If you decide to add-on tableware items, our onsite dishwasher can be used to clean most items and everything else and whatever doesn't fit in the dishwasher can be washed in our kitchenette sink. Additionally, if you'd like to skip cleaning altogether we offer a clean-up add-on for $295 that includes cleaning all Tendue, along with tableware add-on items (if applicable).

How early can I arrive before my reservation?

You are welcome to arrive at The Ford Building (our location) up to 30 minutes prior to your reservation start time to being your load-in. A member of our team will assist you with this process. Our onsight loading dock, freight elevation and moving carts to make things go as smoothly as possible.

How does the tableware add-on work?

Our optional tableware add-on ($95) gives you full access to our beautiful inventory of dinnerware sets, flatware and glassware, giving you everything you'll need to create a memorable and convenient dining experience. We carry multiple options and colors of each and quantities large enough to fit any group size appropriate for the space. How does the event clean-up add-on work?

Our optional clean-up add-on ($295) allows you to skip the required event clean-up altogether, including tableware add-on items (if added-on). Selecting this option means our team will handle the clean-up on your behalf, enabling you to simply leave the space at the end of your event without breaking a sweat.
