About The Venue

We are located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, only three miles from downtown Fredericksburg.Our event spaces are available year-round.We can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 250 guests.

All catering is done through our on-site, curated culinary program.Every venue rental includes complimentary tables and chairs. Linens and tableware can be rented for an additional fee.

Booking Swallows Eve gives you exclusive access to our entire 35-acre property.
