I’m Shannon Rose Ducker. I founded Shannon Rose Events—a full-service wedding planning and design company located in Dallas-Fort Worth that works with couples throughout Texas—almost a decade ago. My approach as a planner and designer is to work closely with my couples to give them the utmost attention and focus on all the details big and small. I only take on a select number of events each year to ensure this doesn’t change and to allow for an efficient process.
I use my architectural background to truly build weddings from the ground up. I can see a space’s potential in an instant—and then design an environment that will make your day one to remember. I love the logistics and flow as much as the aesthetics and mood. I create events that are not only refined and elegant, but where guests feel comfortable and can let loose. I love incorporating natural elements and textures that echo the location into my designs, which lean timeless and colorful.
