Rosa Lee Manor originated as a bed & breakfast in 1994. They are located in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and five miles from the quaint little town of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. They are also located in the Yadkin Valley Wine Country, within driving distance of dozens of popular vineyards. Today they are one of the most experienced and contemporary wedding venues in the region.

Includes endless outdoor options for your ceremony, the Main House for dressing areas or overnight, the Carriage House for receptions, parties or ceremonies. Everything is privately booked so no strangers passing through or waiting for your celebration to end so theirs can begin.

What is included with a wedding reservation?

Private use of all grounds and facilities. Dressing area - an area for the ladies and man cave for the guys. Multiple choice locations for the ceremony. Use of the patios and gardens for a cocktail hour. Use of the Carriage House for the ceremony and/or reception. Up to 250 white garden chairs, 15 tables with white floor length tablecloths.

Can we bring our own food?

Food for groups larger than 50 must be provided by a professional caterer. However, we do not restrict whom you hire so it's easy to manage your budget and preferred foods. We're happy to make recommendations if you need help.

How much time is provided?

For Fridays or Saturdays, you receive a 12-hour package. You may use some of this time on the day prior to your ceremony for rehearsal or prep time if you with. For weddings on Sundays-Thursdays, you have a choice between 8-hour packages and 12-hour packages.

What are your prices?

Rates vary based on month and day of the week. Fridays and Saturdays are more than other days. May, June, September and October are considered peak months. As examples, the rate in May, June or September is $3300. The rate in October is $3700. Most other months vary from $2700-$3000. A refundable damage deposit of $200 and sales taxes apply to all reservations (7% in NC). A nonrefundable deposit of $800 is required to secure any date.

When can we visit?

Due to covid, we have suspended our regular Open House hours. You may email us at [email protected] or text-call us at 336-325-0365 and ask for a tour time. We can accommodate tours almost any time but it gets more difficult to meet with couples on Saturdays or Sundays due to the weddings or guests we usually have staying with us at that time.
