In 2000, I began making birthday cakes for my first child. Soon, two others came along, giving me more practice. Birthday party attendees began noticing the time and effort I put into my cakes and wanted designs of their own. After seeing the desire for my cakes through school auctions, family, and friends, I decided making cakes for others was something I could excel in.
I love to bake and try new design elements on my cakes. I rarely make the same design twice. Sculpting and decorating cakes brings me great joy through the excitement it brings to others.
I have taken several certified classes, on-line courses, and keep updated on the latest techniques. As trends and requests change, I’m taking cakes to the NEXT LEVEL. Every cake is made with dedication just for you!

In love with Next Level Cakery!
Leann is phenomenal at making cakes! She made my college graduation cake and the moment I took my first bite I knew that she would make my wedding cak...e someday. And sure enough, not only did she make my mini-Covid wedding cake, she will be making my wedding cake for the big ceremony that we are having! Each cake has been moist, delicious, and beautiful. She is an absolute joy to work with and is always up to a challenge!
