Working with a planner can save you in time and money, as well as stress! We have worked with tons of different vendors and can refer you to our tried and true vendors. We can help you to book vendors for the correct times so that you don’t overbook and over pay, or underbook and have to pay more later. We’re there to guide you along the way making for a seamless planning process! Not to mention on the day of the wedding, we handle the hard work so that you and your party can enjoy each moment!
There are so many amazing planners in Las Vegas! We pride ourselves on professionalism, our many years of experience, and customer service. We do all we can to make sure you enjoy the planning experience, and for you and all of your guests to have the time of your lives on wedding day!
We offer full planning services, partial planning, and wedding management services.
Though we absolutely love working with our venue coordinators, there is a big difference in the two roles. The venue works hard to assist you with all tasks related to the venue (catering, bar, in-house rentals and layouts). They’re there to oversee their in-house service staff, make sure food goes out on time, etc. An independent planner works solely for you, and will help you coordinate with all vendors outside of the venue (photography, videography, hair & makeup, floral, rentals, officiants and more). We guide them with venue logistics, finalizing details on your behalf and create a comprehensive timeline for the day. Most times venue coordinators still have to show the space during set up times, answer emails and attend to other venue related tasks. So we’re there to keep things moving and oversee set up and assist vendors as well as attend to you and the wedding party! Many venue coordinators do not stay until the end of the event, and will leave after dinner is served.
We will absolutely work with vendors you hire! We always provide recommendations to vendors we have great relationships with, and know their work very well, but understand you may already have some you love, as well! We love meeting new vendors also! We do require all vendors that work with us and the venue to hold general liability insurance as well as a business license!
