FAQs

How do we receive our wedding film and photos?

You'll get an email with a link with all your videos and photos able to be shared and downloaded! The link is active for a year so you'll have plenty of time to download and share the memories. We also offer optional hard drives, and album printing.

How long does it take to receive the edits?

Usually 1-2 Months! During our peak season, it may be slightly longer but we'll be sure to let you know before you complete booking when you can expect so see it completed.

Who edits the photos/videos?

We edit in house! We do not outsource editing overseas unlike many vendors. Your memories are always safe with us.
