Hi, I’m Jim.
I’m a wedding photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina who regularly shoots weddings all over the South. I started with wedding photography back in 2008. Sabrina and I live just outside of uptown near the NoDa Arts District and Plaza Midwood.

My pursuit of the arts began at an early age with many creative endeavors, most notably, drums, guitar, and a fascination with cameras. As I transitioned out of the music business in my mid-twenties, cameras, and photography quickly took hold. Wedding photography allowed me to combine my love of travel, friends, and relationships all into one fantastic day. I like images that are classic, colorful, happy, and honest.

On weekends, you can usually find me photographing weddings at venues like The Biltmore Estate, Duke Mansion, Separk Mansion, Boone Hall Plantation, Morning Glory Farm, Middleton Place, and Lowndes Grove. If you like what you see here, please drop me a message. I’d love to say hello.
