Indigo Photography is owned by Photographers Andy Chen, Stephanie Welch and Videographer, Shamus Coneys. They are Charlotte, NC based wedding photographers and videographers documenting weddings & events all over the East Coast and beyond with a modern, fresh, and edgy style. They are passionate about capturing images you will cherish for a lifetime, and work in a discrete manner to document the depth of the emotions behind your wedding day.

Andy – Andy graduated from New York University with a degree in Fine Arts and worked as a commercial shooter in NYC (where he was successful financially and bored out of his mind). Looking for a change he co-founded Indigo photography and made his home in Charlotte. Andy plays World Warcraft and rides his bicycle around town when he’s not taking pictures. He lives uptown with his cat Gracie.

Stephanie – Stephanie received a BFA in Photography & Digital Imaging from the University of Utah before moving to Charlotte where she quickly found her place at Indigo Photography. Her love for different mediums, different expressions of light and color has guided her creative energy from cyanotype to gum prints..spending hours in the darkroom developiing black & white film to her love for painting with watercolor. She spends her days enjoying life with her husband & cat, Bentley. Also a dancer for 10+ yrs..she loves getting on the dance floor when she gets the chance..especially for the Wobble or the Bikers Shuffle.
