Grace & Gusto is a vibrant cake concept by pastry chef Kathryn Gunderson. Her career in cakes has spanned years and states. Equipped with rigorous training from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley in addition to boundless creativity, Kathryn is able to create cakes and confections that are both elegant and completely unique. Her southern beginnings are reflected in her flavors and her classical french techniques shine through the meticulous details in her work.

Grace & Gusto specializes in creating cakes that are perfectly unique. From classic white weddings, to carved and sculpted masterpieces, to custom metallic show-stoppers – we work personally with each client to make their cake dreams come true!
