DJ Kara is an LA-based female DJ, spinning tunes for the Greater Los Angeles Area. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kara has been passionate about music from a young age — an excitement that grew through college, where she started to experiment with the creative side of music production and creation, making her own music and collaborating with aspiring musician friends.
Through the experience of creating music, Kara discovered the complementary craft of DJ’ing. So, after graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in business management and transplanting to sunny Los Angeles, she decided to give it 100% and take on the world of spinning on the 1’s and 2’s.
You’ll find her DJ’ing a wide range of events—including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and gyms — while staying active in the nightlife scene, spinning at bars and clubs around LA.
