Hello!

I’m Lia Negrete and I am a Professional Hair and Makeup Artist in San Francisco. I have been doing Hair & Makeup, professionally since 1998. It all started as a natural passion, while in high school. After high school, I received my California State Cosmetologists license. From there I began working at a salon cutting hair, hair coloring, hair styling and makeup. I developed a loyal clientele, but decided to start on a new exciting journey! I moved to Miami looking for some new experiences in my 20’s and thats where my freelance Hair and Makeup career began. I got to experience a wide range of hair and makeup events during 2002-2008 while living and working in the fun and sunny South Florida.

In 2009 I returned back home to Southern California. In 2010 I met a wonderful man from San Francisco. Three months later I moved to beautiful San Francisco to be with him, 10 years later, this is still my home. Having a career as a Bridal and a Commercial Hair and Makeup Artist in San Francisco has allowed me to experience a wide range of amazing people and events. As technology became more integrated into my life, naturally my career evolved as well. That is how my experience in commercial work was born.
