FAQs

HOW MANY CAMPERS WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE EACH WEEK?

Registration capacity is based upon a camper-to-counselor ratio. On average, there are 5 to 6 campers per counselor. The ratio does vary depending on age group. All safety measures are also taken into account when determining camper capacity.

WHAT ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE AT MOUNTAIN CAMP?

Weather permitting, a good portion of our day will be outdoors. Outdoor activities include swimming, water slide, fishing, paddle boats, kayaking, moonbounce, archery, lawn games, hiking and nature exploration, tennis, gaga ball, ATV tours, disc golf, wilderness survival, and activities and games that promote team building and leadership skills. The resort will offer indoor activities in the event of inclement weather.

WILL LUNCH BE PROVIDED TO THE CAMPERS?

Bear Creek will not provide lunch. Campers must bring a bagged lunch Monday through Thursday. A special lunch (choice of pizza or chicken tenders) will be served on Fridays. Bear Creek will provide snacks each day.

WILL THE FAMILY POOL PASS BE AVAILABLE THIS SUMMER?

No. The Family Pool Pass will not be available this year.

DOES BEAR CREEK PROVIDE EARLY DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP FOR CAMPERS?

Yes, you may drop your child as early as 7:30am and pick-up as late as 5:30pm daily for additional fees: $30/week for early drop-off or late pick-up $50/week for early drop-off and late pick-up
