MY VENUE PROVIDES A COORDINATOR, WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU TOO?

HOW DO I BOOK A DATE WITH YOU?

By emailing, calling, or filling out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs.

What all is included in your Day of Coordinating package?

- Includes 3 planning sessions (including venue walk through) - Unlimited consultation via email. Consultations by phone or video pre- scheduled - Contract review of booked vendors to better understand what you are getting from them - Creation of detailed wedding day timeline - Distributed to you and your vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day - Review ceremony and reception seating and details - 1 wedding coordinator onsite; up to 12 hours onsite for the wedding day - Assist with decorating ceremony and reception venues if requested - Point-of-contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party - Distribute bouquets and pin corsages/boutonnieres - Distribute final payments and tips to vendors - Coordinate and manage rehearsal the night before the wedding - Coordinate execution of day of timeline - Full access to wedding day emergency kit
