Lots of inclusions! Use of the Cabin and Gas Station as getting ready rooms until your wedding reception begins, choice of ceremony location in the main venue grounds, use of the Grain Bin Bar, multiple outdoor seating options, decorations and access to our Something Borrowed Collections which includes: whiskey barrels, vintage oil cans, vintage china, (enough for the head table only), small tables, lanterns, galvanized items, sets of German Beer Garden tables and benches, tables and chairs, ceremony set up and tear down and use of the fabulous 32 ft long head table as well as a vintage mailbox that we can personalize with your name and can be used as a card box! The Banquet barn also includes use of the vintage lighted signs and two large TV’s that can play a slide show on each end of the barn. The Banquet barn has recently added radiant heat to our newly insulated ceiling. Additional rentals include the Studebaker Smore Bar, and tent options and our Amphitheater wedding ceremony site.

Yes, all tables and chairs needed for a 200- person event are included with your rental fee. This includes 60” round tables and matching white wood chairs, the 32 ft long live oak edge feasting table and white chairs, and white ceremony chairs. In addition, we have German tables and benches, (imported from the beer gardens at breweries in Germany) that can be used as additional seating outside and can be scattered around the yard. In addition, we allow use of our Something Borrowed Collection, for decorating, which includes small tables, whiskey barrels, galvanized bins and tubs, (nice for serving bottled water) and a vintage mailbox that can be personalized as a card box if you’d like to use it!

We’ve found that the best service is provided by Caterers who know the venue well and have proven their skills and food quality. We do request that you choose the caterers off our preferred vendor list. If you prefer to use a caterer that is not on our list we do charge an extra fee in order to cover the additional services that we would need to provide in order to support a caterer who has not served onsite previously. Ask us for our professional partner vendor list filled with local vendors who have proven their excellent service on site!

With several wonderful options, you can enjoy planning your unique wedding day. We encourage our couples to look around the expansive venue area and decide where they’d like their ceremony to be held. If you can describe it, we can set it up. Many people use one area of the venue area near a shaded tree and some interesting metal structures covered in vines, shade trees and perennial plantings. We also have our amphitheater, which is an additional add on option. This interesting and beautiful spot is approximately a ¼ mile from the venue area and is completely private, peaceful and serene. We aren’t able to access the amphitheater in the winter due to the snow, however, it can be considered later towards spring.

Adler Ranch has five acres available for parking, which will accommodate your entire wedding party, wedding guests and leave adequate space for shuttles and tour busses to navigate the property. We take care to ensure that cars are parked correctly to always allow access to emergency vehicles and shuttle busses. Cars are welcome to remain overnight if you plan to provide a shuttle for your guests, we do request that cars are removed by 10am the next day. We do not allow any overnight camping and campers or RV’s are not allowed onsite overnight. DJ’s/ musicians and catering have parking close to the barn and will be given instructions on where to unload and park.
