He launched Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design in 1989 with the goal of changing the way food was served and perceived in the South Florida culinary landscape. Launched in 1989, Thierry Isambert Culinary & Event Design (TICED) is an integral part of the South Florida event and culinary landscape. Our creative event planners and innovative chefs hail from around the world, bringing years of experience to the production and catering of weddings, charitable galas, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and intimate sit-down dinners, for the perfect celebration that clients and guests will never forget.
TICED is the exclusive caterer to the Bass Museum and the New World Center — including the BASS Café as well as the New World Center’s concessions — as well as Superblue Miami, Mana Wynwood and Mana’s RC Cola Plant, an architectural mainstay of the Wynwood Arts District.
