The Beautiful Life staffs a part-time Administrative Assistant and six Independent Contractors for Makeup and Hair Services. The Beautiful Life holds a board position for the Bakersfield Boss Ladies, a local women’s organization supporting healthy relationships between women in business. The Beautiful Life is committed to the community over competition. The Beautiful Life is a part of various business groups for women such as Babes In Business, NAPW (National Association of Professional Women) and supports local organizations such as the Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Bakersfield Young Professionals, Downtown Business Association and more.
