The Barn at Second Wind

One of the best things about “Second Wind” is the fact that it is located just a 15 minute drive south of Sacramento, very near the hamlet of Freeport, close to a golf course, and situated along the Sacramento River. Finding an awesome barn venue so close to downtown Sacramento, in a rural setting with singing birds, fields of spring blooming mustard, hops and grapes, and feeling miles away from civilization is amazing!

Six acres located along the Delta. Featuring a rustic barn, mature oak trees, grassy area and outdoor fire pit. The real focal piece within the barn is the gorgeous 1940’s chandelier that joins two more wrought iron lanterns, and the barn even has overhead ceiling fans for air circulation.
