Sweet Basil Catering is the passion project of professionally trained chef, food stylist, and award-winning caterer, Amy Aversa. Her full-service catering and event planning company has been entrusted with catering events ranging from celebrity clients including Bill Clinton, Eli Manning, Ryan Seacrest, and the cast of the Real Housewives of New York City to some of the world’s largest Fortune 50 companies.
