Meet RACHEL!

Rachel Carter is a film photographer based in Huntsville, Alabama. She travels all over the Southeast documenting joy-filled wedding days, so-in-love couples, beautiful portraits, and creatives with a heart for what they do.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me at local antique shops, taking a walk with my family, or drinking wine on our front porch.

If we could go back to the ’90s and you were to ask my elementary school classmates about me, you’d hear words like “class clown” and “goofy”. They’d say, “Rachel’s going to die laughing.” And, hey, I hope that’s true.

I married my college sweetheart in 2017 and we now reside in a 1920s bungalow in Five Points, with our daughter, Lottie. You’ve probably seen us in the yard pulling weeds or taking a lot of breaks on the front porch.
