Occasion Designed (formerly Special Occasion By Design) was established in 1998 from a desire to design, create and implement events that are memorable in every way. Owner Tracey Fricke has a deep passion meeting new people and hearing their stories.

She believes it is these connections that make the world go round. Her attention to detail and caring demeanor brings a calm reassurance that things will flow smoothly so that you can relax and soak up every moment.

Her 25+ years of event planning experience combined with her passion to design truly unique experiences elevates the level of every event to an occasion.
